Starting February 1st, 2009 I will be posting a daily picture in this gallery. I will try to include a picture of things that are meaningful to me or that reflect my day. Any feedback or comments are appreciated.

orsophotography > September 3, 2009. I finally finished going through the photos we took last weekend, and I had to add one more of the beach... This seems like a typical childhood photo to me.
orsophotography > September 2, 2009. Gabe and I had a photo shoot with Salem Academy's cheerleaders today. We took some shots inside the gym, and some outside on the football field. Here is a close up of one of their uniforms.
orsophotography > September 1, 2009. Another photo from our camping trip this weekend, this time of an awesome camp fire we built. I am glad we had good weather and no one got hurt :D
orsophotography > August 31, 2009. This photo was taken a couple of days ago, but I just now finished with the pp. It was a foggy and windy day at the Oregon Coast when this was taken, and the sun was hidden. As always, the water was too cold for swimming, but we still had a good time in the water.
orsophotography > August 30, 2009. This is Gabe fishing by himself at Devil's Lake. The boys eventually started to catch some fish, but they were too small to keep. Together they probably caught and released over 30 fishes, all too small.
orsophotography > August 29, 2009. Eli fishing by the docks as well... The boys wanted to fish all day if we let them; but they had enough opportunity in the mornings and afternoons. This photo was taken before we tried 'worm' as bait, and it was pretty slow until then.
orsophotography > August 28, 2009. We had an opportunity to go camping at the Oregon Coast one more time before school starts on Sept. 8th and we stayed at Devil's Lake Campground. The boys had a great time fishing by the docks. This is a photo of Noah casting all by himself, while Gabe sits in the back and waits...
orsophotography > August 27, 2009. Gabe went to an auto show last weekend and I just now started to look at some of the photos he took. There are several very nice shots, but I like this one a lot. Maybe it's the bright color and composition... this seems like a nice ride that has been nicely restored.
orsophotography > August 26, 2009. Gabe and I had the opportunity to photograph the ground breaking event at his high school today. They are starting preparing the area for a new building. I took this shot just as the tractor tore off the first slab of concrete.
orsophotography > August 25, 2009. This is Taren and she is a graduate from Salem Academy. She was kind enough to let Gabe and I photograph her on Monday around Salem. orsophotography > August 22, 2009. Today was Jeneé's parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and the 4 daughters put together an 'open house' for them ~ so that family members and friends could stop by and visit for a while. This is a photo of the original wedding dress (in the back) holding this bouquet of flowers.
orsophotography > August 24, 2009. Another shot taken at Willamette University, of the clock tower this time. Gabe saw this image as we were crossing a bridge that we both really liked. It turned out to be a beautiful day and we got some great shots.
orsophotography > August 23, 2009 Gabe and I went to photograph a couple for their 25th Wedding Anniversary today at Willamette University grounds here in Salem. They have a botanical garden with some great flowers. Here is a small sample of some of the flowers Gabe captured.
orsophotography > August 21, 2009. Another shot taken just outside of Salem, of the sunset as viewed through one of those wheels that holds the sprinklers for the farm land.
orsophotography > August 20, 2009. This photo was taken just outside of Salem, OR. We went for a drive and came across this beautiful sunset, that we just had to photograph.
