  • Saturday, January 22, 2010<br /> <br /> Noah, my 6 yr old son, and I went out today (just the two of us) to take photos. It was a nice day, and I captured this photo of him as he took a photo of the State Capitol building... I decided it would be a good daily photo.
  • December 11, 2010<br /> <br /> Zoo lights at the Portland Zoo. This is a photos of the train we rode around the Zoo park. It was really cool, too bad it was raining a little. I got this photo as we were leaving the train area to go home.
  • December 12, 2010<br /> <br /> I took this photo of my in-laws Christmas tee today. I did the post production in Photoshop. Christmas trees seem to always have a "magical" look and feel to them. I will try to photograph all of my in-laws tress and post it here.
  • November 28, 2010<br /> <br /> I took this photo yesterday while we were getting our Christmas tree. It had rained in the morning, but by the time we were at the Christmas tree farm, the sun was out. I really liked how these water dropplets looked when the sun hit them.
  • November 27, 2010<br /> <br /> We followed our family tradition and went to a Christmas Farm to get our Christmas tree today. It was a cloudy day, but we were fortunate enough not to experience any rain. Gabe, Eli, and Noah took turns cutting down the tree, which is another tradition. They did a great job. Here is a photo of Eli and Noah taking their turns.

  • Friday, August 13, 2010<br /> <br /> Gabe and I tried to go out tonight again and take photos of the meteor shower, but came home with this photo. Gabe was experimenting with light painting and took this photo we both liked. We did get another photo of the sky and we will post it tomorrow, after we process it.
  • Thursday, August 12, 2010<br /> <br /> Gabe and I drove to a deserted road on the country tonight to try to photograph some of the meteors. We found out that it is tougher than we anticipated (to photograph meteor shower). After about an hour of trying, we saw several meteors, but were not able to capture any of them. So, we tried to play with long exposures and came up with this photo...
