  • Tuesday, July 20, 2010<br /> <br /> Gabe, Noah, and I went to this field near our house to take some photos of these flowers. I think I like it better in this tone than the original.
  • Friday, July 9, 2010<br /> <br /> Gabe and I did a senior photo shoot at Silver Creek Falls, which is about 30 minutes from Salem. Here is one of the photos from the South Fall that we really liked.
  • Tuesday, July 6, 2010<br /> <br /> Noah and I went to watch Gabe's football practice today. Gabe will be the kicker and he was practicing field goals today. Here is a shot Noah took that I really liked. I was sitting next to him recording a video of the same kick.
  • Sunday, July 4th, 2010.<br /> <br /> Happy 4th of July everyone! Our family did our own fireworks tonight, and Noah and I sat in the back and tried to take some photos. Here is one of the last shots we took. Since Noah was helping me by pressing the button and holding it down, I allowed for him to pick today's photo. Here is his pick.
  • Saturday, July 3rd, 2010<br /> <br /> Gabe, Noah, and I went to Deepwood today to walk around and take some photos. I let Noah, my 6 yr old, use my old D50 and this is one of the shots he took of some huge mushrooms we found. Tonight, he helped me pick which one of his photos we should post for a daily photo, and this is the one he wanted.
  • Tuesday, June 15, 2010<br /> <br /> Another photo I took over the weekend. I was driving northbound on I5 when I saw this hot air balloon about to cross the freeway. I was lucky enough to have my camera with me. I pulled over to a safe place, and snapped a few shots. The day was perfect and since it was early in the morning with no clouds, I was able to capture the beautiful blue sky.

  • Saturday, June 5th, 2010<br /> <br /> Gabe and I went to an auto show today and there were so many great opportunities for photos.. amazing enough, the weather cooperated and it turned out to be a nice, sunny day here in Salem. However, the rain is back today. Here is a photo I took of one of the Camaros that was identical to the one from Transformers. This photo is of the gas door.

  • Monday, April 19, 2010<br /> <br /> Happy Monday everyone... I am glad this day is over! It's always good to look at certain photos that just make you happy, specially when looking at details. Take this Tulip for example. When I captured it the other day, it looked amazing; the shapes, the colors, and the details.
  • Sunday, April 18, 2010<br /> <br /> This is our last photo from the Tulip Festival that I wanted to add as a Daily Photo. Gabe took this one while zooming out, which created this effect that I am sure will make some people dizzy. The Tulip Field was huge and this photo captures its size a little bit.
  • Saturday, April 17, 2010<br /> <br /> Another photo I took yesterday at the Tulip Festival. I was amazed by the way these looked, and how their colors were so vibrant.
  • April 16, 2010<br /> <br /> Today is a Furlough Day for pretty much all State workers, which means, we have to take the day off unpaid. This is an effort to help the State save money... So, I had a chance to drive up to the Tulip Festival in Woodburn. It was not as busy as the weekend gets, but it was a little busy. I saw this little boy having a great time walking and playing in the mud - that I had to try to capture his reaction when he got his hands dirty. Overall, it was a fun day with lots of photo opportunities that I will be posting in the next few days.
