Photography has always been a part of my life. I got my first camera in 1975 when I was around 7 years old on a trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina. I begged my parents to buy me a KODAK camera I saw at a store, and they did. I still have this camera, even though you can no longer purchase film for it.
I have always dreamed of becoming a photographer and take all sorts of pictures, from scenery to day-to-day life. I have finally taken another step towards sharing my passion with others by starting Orso Photography. I really enjoy being able to capture a brief moment in time with my camera, and share with it with others.
My 17 year old son, Gabe (below), has also taken a strong interest in photography, and he will be sharing his pictures on this site as well.

Hi. My name is Gabe Orso and I really enjoy photography.
I saved enough money last summer to purchase my first Nikon DSLR and I carry it with me pretty much everywhere I go nowdays.
I am excited to be involved with Orso Photography. My Dad and I have the opportunity to learn from each other and spend some quality time together. Not to mention that taking pictures is really fun and I get to experiment with different settings, configurations, and camera modes. I also enjoy using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to touch up my photos and try different post-processing techniques to make my photos unique.
